1. Cancellation Period
Customers may request cancellation of a booked service within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the consultation/service has not already been scheduled, started, or delivered.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for cancellation.
2. Cancellation After Service Has Started
Once the consultation or service has started, or the service has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
This includes completed online consultations, astrology reports, numerology services, palmistry services, signature correction services, Vastu-related services, and other personalized services.
3. Cancellation Request
To request cancellation, customers should contact us through the contact details provided on our website and provide:
- Customer Name
- Order/Booking ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for cancellation
The cancellation request will be reviewed based on the applicable cancellation period and service status.
4. Refund on Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Rescheduling
If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, they may contact us to request rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should preferably be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
6. Cancellation by BestJyotishi
In exceptional circumstances, if BestJyotishi is unable to provide a booked service, we may offer the customer an alternative appointment or process an applicable refund.
